By downloading, installing, or using OpenShelf ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

OpenShelf provides AI-generated book summaries, quizzes, flashcards, audio narration, and interactive book chat features. Content is generated using artificial intelligence and should be considered educational summaries, not replacements for reading original works.

All summaries, quizzes, flashcards, and chat responses are generated by AI (OpenAI GPT-4o). While we strive for accuracy:

Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and original content are owned by Futuron Inc. Book titles, author names, and cover descriptions belong to their respective rights holders. AI-generated summaries are derivative works created for educational purposes under fair use principles.

OpenShelf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Futuron Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
